Responsibilities

Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's long-term business goals.
Lead the HR team, providing direction and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Build and scale the HR department to support organizational growth and employee engagement.
Partner with senior leadership to provide input on company culture, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support company growth.
Create and implement employee development programs to enhance skills, career progression, and leadership development.
Establish and manage performance management processes to drive high performance and employee accountability.
Develop and maintain effective employee relations programs to promote a positive work environment.
Manage employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback loops, and action planning to improve the employee experience.
Ensure consistent enforcement of HR policies and procedures in line with company values and legal compliance.
Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
Manage risk related to employment practices, including legal and regulatory compliance.
Oversee policies related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong experience in building and scaling HR functions in fast-growing companies
Deep understanding of HR practices, labor laws, compliance, and best practices
Proven ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Master’s degree
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
