Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selections.
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation and induction programs.
Facilitate smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
Plan and execute initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.
Address employee queries and provide solutions to HR-related concerns.
Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies as needed.
Support the performance appraisal process and provide necessary documentation.
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and career development plans.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with payroll, leave management, and other administrative duties.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
