Responsibilities

Interviewing and hiring new staff.
Managing pay, benefits, and leave.
Organizing employment records.
Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Preparing and running performance evaluations.
Enforcing company policies and practices.
Comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures and updating if needed.
Acting as a liaison between employees and management.
Drafting templates for HR documents, and assisting with the upkeep of employee handbooks, directories and organizational charts.
Other relevant duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor's Degree (BA) or a minimum of four years of related experience and training.
A thorough understanding of federal and state employment laws, including compliance with regulations related to hiring, termination, discrimination, and workplace safety.
HR software proficiency (experience with ADP a plus, but not mandatory).
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to focus on all areas of a task.
Analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on HR metrics.
Ability to adapt and solve problems creatively.
Demonstrates a high level of initiative by identifying potential problems and seeking solutions.
Ability to work independently (self-starter) and within an international team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
Must be able to travel up to 10% as the position requires.
Should hold a valid passport.

Preferred

A professional certification like the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) would be beneficial but not mandatory.
Residence within the Metro Atlanta area preferred but not required.
Creative mindset and innovative approach are a big plus.
