Responsibilities

Onboarding & Offboarding: Make sure every new hire feels like part of the team from day one and that departures are smooth and respectful.
HRIS System Management: Keep our HR systems running smoothly and make sure all data is up to date.
Employee Communications: Keep the team in the loop with clear, transparent, and engaging communications.
Benefits & 401(k) Administration: Help employees make the most of their benefits and ensure they have everything they need for long-term financial security.
Recruitment: Help us find the next perfect fit for the team — whether they’re a hiring manager or a new intern, you’ll be key in building our dream team.
Legal Compliance: Ensure we’re always operating by the book and staying ahead of any changes in employment law.

Required

At least 4 years of corporate HR generalist experience — from recruiting to employee relations, and everything in between.
Detail-oriented with a focus on small details that add up to big impact.
Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information with discretion and care.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey messages clearly and confidently.
Customer-focused approach to employee interactions.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and switch priorities as needed.
Comfortable working with MS Office and prior experience with HRIS systems.
Able to travel up to 10% of the time for in-person needs.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
