Responsibilities

Provide support on performance and behavioral escalations, including documentation and terminations.

Oversee the recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.

Provide ongoing support for new hires, including technical set-up and administration for employee training.

Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and harassment training, including annual training sessions.

Update and maintain the employee handbook and ensure policy compliance across the organization.

Manage the annual merit and performance review process.

Handle PTO, employee benefits, and orientation via TriNet.

Handle unemployment claims and workers' compensation management.

Administer and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

Calculate employee bonuses based on company and individual performance metrics.

Administer and manage the Everlance mileage program.

Obtain and manage payroll tax obligations.

Oversee and manage the company’s 401K program.

Oversee the team benefits program, ensuring employee understanding and engagement.

Take on various HR-related projects as assigned to support the business.
