Responsibilities
Integrate and align HR plans to support achievement of regional business objectives.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, practices, and legal requirements.
Investigate and resolve complex team member relations issues.
Collect relevant data and with the HR leadership team perform problem analysis and identify solutions.
Participate in team member corrective actions up to and including separations.

Establishing and maintaining strong business partnerships with management and associates
