Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for all TA-related issues and inquiries, including troubleshooting Workday, Smart Recruiters, background checks, and other TA systems.
Develop and implement an issue intake and tracking system to manage TA issues from submission to resolution.
Apply SCRUM/Agile or similar project management methodologies to track and manage open items.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and TA teams to resolve system errors, candidate concerns, and onboarding delays, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
Conduct initial triage of issues, assess priority, assign tasks to appropriate teams, and ensure resolution.
Create and maintain a knowledge base of common issues, solutions, and processes for TA team reference.
Analyze issue trends to identify patterns, reduce recurring problems, and improve processes.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-focused HR, recruiting, or operations role.
Proven problem-solving skills, particularly in addressing technical and operational issues.
Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems (Workday, Smart Recruiters preferred) and troubleshooting experience.
Experience using SCRUM/Agile or similar frameworks for managing multiple open issues.
Strong communication skills to coordinate across teams and provide clear updates.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred
Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems (Workday, Smart Recruiters preferred) and troubleshooting experience.
