Responsibilities
UKG -Workforce Management setup and design within UKG (was Kronos)
Global setup and admin/management of UKG Workforce Mgmt.
Bridge data between Workforce Management and Pro
Carrying existing project load as well as working on some transformation projects to improve time entry systems
Ensure the accuracy of different regulations from country to country.

Required
3+ Years of Technical expertise - hands-on experience with UKG (formerly Kronos) - Systems Administration experience.
Strong understanding of global HR practices/ability to understand regulations from country to country
System Integration skills: the ability to bridge data between Pro and Workforce Management
Preferred
UKG Flow is a big plus
