Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Contribute to staff retention and leadership development strategies, aiding personnel in their professional and career progression.
Assist in performance management and employee evaluation.
Learn about and help ensure compliance with labor laws.
Assist in spearheading workforce improvement initiatives to increase morale, engagement, welfare and retention within the organization.
Support in coordinating and implementing training programs and mentorship initiatives.
Participate in strategic HR projects and initiatives as required.

Required
Previous experience in a senior leadership role, demonstrating strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute strategic initiatives, influence change and effectively partner with all levels of management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
