Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and coordinating training programs
Assist in employee record management, including updating personnel files and maintaining HR databases
Support performance management activities, such as tracking performance evaluations and assisting in the development of performance improvement plans
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and help organize company-wide events
Support HR projects and initiatives related to talent development, diversity and inclusion, and employee well-being
Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of confidentiality and discretion in dealing with sensitive information
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong desire to learn and develop HR skills and knowledge
