Responsibilities
Multi-state, multi-location HRIS Data Management and employee life cycle
Benefits administration and leave management
Federal and Multi-State Compliance
Performance Management
Wage laws and practices, w/ State and Federal regulations and Employment Law Compliance
Worker’s Compensation
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts investigations.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships. Participates in M&A process.
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.

Required
5-10 years of HR experience
Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) required
Bilingual in Spanish is a must
