Responsibilities
Recruit and Onboard frontline hires utilizing Sodexo’s onboarding & payroll systems;
Possess knowledge of state and federal HR laws;
Maintain active and terminated employee files;
Communicates in a clear, effective and respectful manner at all times;
Consistently exhibit business maturity and professionalism;
Understand and respect sensitive and confidential information;
Has excellent computer skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as the ability to learn additional computer programs as needed;

Required
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
2 Years of Management Experience
2 years in HR
Knowledge of state and federal HR laws
Excellent computer skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to learn additional computer programs as needed
Ability to create and facilitate training utilizing webinars
Detail oriented, flexible, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent organization, communication and project management skills
Willing to travel between accounts
