Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment to attract top talent for technical and non-technical roles.
Develop and execute onboarding programs that enhance new hires’ experiences and increase retention.
Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and develop workforce planning strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers to resolve workplace issues and foster a positive work environment.
Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, culture, and workplace satisfaction.
Design and implement recognition programs to acknowledge employee achievements and contributions.
Develop and oversee the annual performance review process and develop continuous feedback mechanisms.
Develop and implement training programs, career paths, and succession plans to promote employee growth and development.
Coach managers on effective leadership and performance management practices.
Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and reward policies to ensure market competitiveness and equity.
Collaborate with Finance to develop budgets and optimize HR spending on benefits, incentives, and learning & development programs.
Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Ensure the company remains compliant with employment laws and regulations, including EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and other relevant statutes.
Manage employee data privacy and ensure adherence to best practices in data handling.
Manage relationships with domestic and global employment partners for international employees.
Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes and employee experiences.
Prepare and present reports on HR activities, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a management or leadership role, ideally within the technology industry.
Deep knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and emerging trends in the tech industry.
Proven experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on confidentiality and empathy.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to effectively engage a workforce that is 100% remote globally.

Preferred

Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR)
Previous experience within a rapidly growing tech company with MS and PhD level scientists and engineers.
Experience with a multitude of digital tools for managing and communicating with a fully remote workforce.
