Responsibilities
Complete bi-weekly payroll preparation and processing, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all changes.
Manage employee LOA programs in accordance with company policies and applicable federal and state laws including FMLA, PFL, STD, LTD and Military leave.
Process all invoices related to HR benefits and programs ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Under guidance of HR leadership, manage employee benefit programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness program and other fringe benefits.
Act as primary HR contact for internal reporting and audit requirements.
Work with third-party administrator to ensure compliance with federal and state regulated programs and required reporting such as Affirmative Action, VETS, EEOC-1, and ACA.
Act as first line support for employees with HR related questions or concerns
Act as primary HR contact managing all changes and requests across HRIS systems.
Develop workflows to improve operational processes and efficiencies for the department.
Under guidance of HR Leadership, lead annual Open Enrollment processes related to employee education, communications, and benefit elections.
Provide support in other areas of HR as needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum of three years of related Human Resources experience, including experience supporting payroll processing, benefit administration and leave of absence programs.
Ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritize accordingly
Experience with HRIS programs, ADP a plus
Must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to successfully communicate across all levels of the organization.
Extensive experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new platforms as needed.
