Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and interest in 902 Youth.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions on various job boards and our company website.
Collaborate with HR team members to develop effective recruitment strategies.
Participate in career fairs, campus recruiting events, and other recruitment initiatives.
Assist in the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials for new hires.
Provide an excellent candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct research and market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Required
Currently pursuing or graduated with bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in a career in Human Resources and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred
Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with ATS is a plus.
