Responsibilities
Monitors, approves and corrects complex transactions related to new hires, transfers, terms and leaves which are generated in HRIS from recruiting, leaders and human resources. Analyzes and interprets the transactions for validity and ensures organizational requirements are met.
Troubleshoots complex errors on transactions by interpreting policies and procedures to correct the transaction. Researches and resolves system problems, unexpected results or process flaws while ensuring consistency across resolutions.
Acts as a resource to end users and human resources to provide instruction on proper processes and procedures for self service transactions. Informs site human resources and/or talent acquisition of unusual requests or potentially inconsistent practices regarding requisitions and other transactions.
Creates and generates queries to audit and identify self-service issues, and creates other HRIS-related queries as needed. Develops training and other educational materials to help support and educate end users on proper use of the Human Capital Management self-service applications.
Identifies and provides recommendations on potential process improvements to increase efficiency related to transactional processes.

Required
2 years experience in HR required
Must have experience in creating queries and troubleshooting and correcting complex errors in PeopleSoft
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required
