Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for HVAC systems, including materials, labor, and equipment.
Analyse blueprints, specifications, and project requirements to develop comprehensive estimates.
Utilize industry-standard software and tools for estimating and cost analysis.
Develop and submit competitive bids and proposals for HVAC projects.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure all aspects of the project are considered in the estimate.
Review and refine estimates based on feedback and changes in project scope.
Obtain and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Maintain relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors.

Required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC Estimator.
Proven track record of successfully estimating HVAC systems for commercial and residential projects.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Proficient in industry-standard estimating software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
