Responsibilities

Provide Pre-sale technical and engineering support for complex retrofit (solutions) sales group.

Develop HVAC systems and solutions using a combination of Carrier equipment and Controls

Provide project scope development, concept development and energy or engineering analysis.

Expand scope of retrofit projects by estimating ROI for the customer.

Lead development phase including site visits, audits, energy calculations for energy based or financed retrofits. Lead utility rebate discussions.

Support Account Managers in developing and establishing project installation budgets and preparing the sub-contractor request for quotation’s (RFQ) including scope statements; plans and milestone dates; specs; permitting and bonding requirements.

Required

Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years’ experience in HVAC contracting and/or HVAC design engineering OR High School Diploma and 10+ years’ experience in HVAC contracting and/or HVAC design engineering

1+ year experience in technical sales.
