Responsibilities

Responsible for change management – Administering ticketing systems (ServiceNow), Azure Active Directory, On-Prem Active Directory, Domain controllers, SailPoint Administration etc.

Validating user profiles and credentials, deleting objects on Privileged Access Workstations utilizing PowerShell Scripts.

Day to day responsibilities include the following: Application onboarding to Azure Active Directory (Entra). Providing Information to application teams including sign in URL for app onboarding.

Onboard applications to Azure Active Directory with SAML or Open ID connect.

Coordinate meetings with application teams to gather information about their applications, onboard them to Azure Active Directory/Entra, to ensure a secure sing on.

Test onboarded applications for claims or groups being added and Custom security attributes.

Working with application teams to understand the claims or scopes they need for onboarding.

Top Technical Skills: Networking, understanding how networks work, info about SAML, OIDC, Microsoft Entra, Change process, How to open up changes records and getting them approved, web browsers, developer tools
