Required

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IAM with 5+ years in architecture roles
Track record of successful enterprise IAM implementations
Experience leading global technical teams and managing stakeholder relationships
Strong background in information security and risk management
Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strategic thinking to align IAM solutions with business goals
Experience mentoring team members
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred

Relevant certifications (CISSP, CIAM, CCSP, IGA Product)
