Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage a team of IAM engineers. Provide regular feedback and technical guidance.

Technical Strategy: Develop and execute the technical strategy for IAM engineering, aligning it with the overall IAM strategy and business goals.

Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IAM engineering projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, within budget and aligned with business objectives. Process Change Orders when necessary. Develop and maintain RAID logs and other project artifacts.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their IAM needs and finalize the project objectives to deliver solutions. Provide clear, effective, timely internal and external communications, escalations paths and process.

Resource Management: Manage the team’s workload and resource allocation, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with HR on recruitment and onboarding of the candidates

Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership and all relevant stakeholders on project status, team performance, and key metrics.

Required

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in IAM engineering specifically in SailPoint IIQ, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role.

Project Management, Planning and Execution, Communication Management, Stakeholder Management, Problem Solving and Decision Making.

Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid methodologies.

Knowledge of Project Management Tools.

Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and best practices.

Knowledge of Security best practices.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

Preferred

PMP/Prince certification will be advantageous.
