Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and development process for the Identify and access Management (IAM) program with a security focus.
Work with vendors and business partners to develop, implement and manage the IAM program.
Lead program design and review working directly with business lines on the integration requirements including provisioning, de-provision, and identity lifecycle into the IAM platforms.
Develop strategy roadmaps for the IAM systems and the IAM program.
Develops enterprise-wide standards for IAM.
Implement or coordinate remediation required by policies, standards, reviews, and audits, documenting exceptions as necessary.
Define the user access security model for all systems and platforms.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related technical field.
Equivalent technical training and/or IT certifications required as related to IAM.
One or more of the following industry security certifications: Certified Identity and Access Manager, Certified Information Systems Auditor, Systems Security Certified Practitioner, any Level 4 or 5 GIAC Certification or other advanced IAM level certification.
Seven year's experience managing and implementing enterprise systems/networks.
Five years direct experience in an Identity and Access Management Security Engineering role.
Significant expertise with the design and implementation of SailPoint, Azure Active Directory, SSO, MFA, Google IdP, Oauth, and the integration of these platforms is required.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Demonstrates excellent organizational direction, time management, problem-solving, prioritization, goal setting, leadership, motivation, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
Ability to balance risks in ambiguous and complex situations.
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, in particular in contributing to global and multi-functional teams.
Highly motivated to contribute and grow within a complex area of emerging importance.
Works well under pressure and within time/budget constraints to solve problems or meet objectives.
Excellent fundamental knowledge of industry standard eCommerce security and fraud prevention frameworks.
Strong analytical/problem solving skills and cross functional knowledge across multiple IT operational and security disciplines.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff.
Must possess a high degree of integrity, be trustworthy, and have the ability to lead and inspire change.
