Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in Identity and Access Management (IAM), providing deep expertise in authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, and identity governance.
Develop policies, document best practices, and support operational procedures around IAM, driving standards and supporting integrations with third-party directories.
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, managing multiple complex projects with overlapping deadlines within a change control environment.
Collaborate across IT teams and with application owners to integrate and onboard application security and roles with centralized IAM directories, delivering on-premise and cloud-based IAM best practices.
Ensure that all new and existing IAM solutions adhere to enterprise IT security, risk, and compliance policies and standards.
Manage authorization, account creation, and provisioning across various applications, while fully administering certificate and key management platforms.

Required
5+ years of related work experience in IT and Security
5+ years’ experience working with scripting
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Identity security practices, and IAM technologies
Experience in all domains of information security, encompassing regulatory compliance, risk assessment, implementation of controls, governance frameworks, and audit processes.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
