Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using IBM Cognos Analytics , Power BI , and Tableau to support data-driven decision-making.

Lead data integration efforts by managing ETL processes and optimizing database structures on SQL Server and Oracle platforms.

Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights, ensuring high data accuracy and integrity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.

Manage report scheduling, performance tuning, and system optimization to ensure seamless reporting operations.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members in BI tool usage and data visualization best practices.

Ensure compliance with organizational data governance and security policies.

Required

Proficiency in IBM Cognos Framework Manager and Report Studio.

Advanced SQL scripting skills for SQL Server and Oracle databases.

Expertise in developing interactive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau.

Strong understanding of data modeling, warehouse concepts, and ETL processes.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred

Relevant certifications in IBM Cognos, Power BI, or Tableau.

Experience with cloud-based BI platforms or big data tools is a plus.
