Responsibilities
Implement and uphold QA best practices using Agile, Waterfall, and Lean methodologies.
Perform various testing techniques, including functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, and performance testing.
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts using tools like Selenium or QTP.
Utilize test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or HP Quality Center to track and manage test cases and defects.
Actively contribute to the SDLC by integrating QA processes at every phase.
Analyze requirements to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability.
Write and execute SQL queries for effective data validation.
Leverage basic programming or scripting knowledge in languages like Java, Python, or SQL for testing purposes.
Lead QA teams through hiring, training, and mentoring programs.
Manage end-to-end QA processes for complex projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Expertise in project management tools and practices to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Adept at identifying, mitigating, and managing risks within the QA process.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical problem-solving skills to identify root causes and resolve issues efficiently.
Attention to detail for ensuring product quality and adherence to standards.
Work effectively within cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to ensure alignment on quality expectations.

Required
5+ years of experience in QA or software testing
Hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as IBM ACE, Apigee, and DataPower
Proven track record of managing and executing comprehensive QA processes
Expertise in project management tools and practices to manage multiple concurrent projects
Adept at identifying, mitigating, and managing risks within the QA process
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Analytical problem-solving skills to identify root causes and resolve issues efficiently
Attention to detail for ensuring product quality and adherence to standards
