Responsibilities

Plan, develop, test, and document computer programs related to IAM.
Consult with users to clarify objectives and ensure system compatibility.
Assess user requests for program modifications and new implementations.
Automate processing improvements and manage assignments when required.
Design, configure, and troubleshoot Okta solutions, including user onboarding/offboarding.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure best practices in IAM are followed throughout the solution lifecycle.

Required

8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management tools and project leadership.
Proficient with IBM Security products (ITIM/ISIM, TAM/ISAM) or similar IAM software.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Availability for 24x7 on-call rotations.
Expertise in designing and implementing Okta solutions, including user lifecycle management.
Knowledge of authentication methods such as SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
Experience with AWS and cloud-based IAM solutions.

Preferred

Experience with Federated Identity Manager, Single Sign-On, and Tivoli Directory Integrator.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly.
Familiarity with programming languages and technologies such as Java, JavaScript, SQL, and Python.
Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Security certifications are a plus.
