Responsibilities
Customize your caseload and build your own schedule
Provide mental health care for families
Treat lower acuity populations with an average treatment length of 16 weekly sessions
Partner with pediatricians to maximize chances of success
Handle documentation and administrative tasks
Work with insurance-based populations without dealing with insurance plans
Utilize therapist-friendly EMR and custom technology for scheduling and communication
Participate in pathways to career progression and supervisory roles

Required
Licensed: Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, or LMHC licensed to practice in IL.
Experienced: 3 years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, with experience in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT.
Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and experience delivering effective care through telehealth.
Tech savvy: able to use Zoom, EHR, and Google Suite to deliver care and communicate with team members.
Technical Requirements: Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
Preferred
multiple state licenses preferred.
