Responsibilities
Strong communication skills to assure staff, supervisors and patients are receiving correct information to coordinate care.
Responsible for ordering and maintaining office and medical supply inventory.
Collaborates with supervisors and Manager to assure staffing needs are met.
Coordinates operational needs/requirements of office to include but not limited to maintain machines and equipment; to procure office and medical supplies, equipment, phone service, IT support, etc.
Performs research to collect, analyze and present substantive information for incorporation in administrative and /or technical documents, articles, agenda and correspondence.
Cross-trained to assist with data entry, clinical records and physicians order processing.
Develops, evaluates, recommends and implements methods to improve the processing of the work of the office and utilization of personnel and equipment.
Provides supervision of one (1) front desk staff or medical assistant.
Other duties as assigned and/or needed.

Required
High School Diploma or GED required
1 year of previous supervisory experience
Preferred
1-2 years of office experience preferred
Mammography experience preferred
