Responsibilities
Providing legal advice to clients after thoroughly researching and understanding their legal issues.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents and contracts.
Representing clients in court proceedings, if necessary.
Assisting senior attorneys in preparing cases and managing legal proceedings.
Conducting legal research and analysis to stay abreast of changes and advancements in the law.
Participating in client meetings and consultations to better understand their legal needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
Building relationships with clients to establish trust and deliver high-quality legal services.

Required
MUST BE BARRED IN CALIFORNIA
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the state bar or eligible for admission.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in employment law or a related field.
Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in legal research tools and software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
