Responsibilities
Serve as the Managing Attorney for the immigration team including attorneys and paralegals, overseeing case strategy, managing workload distribution, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of services provided.
Represent clients in business immigration matters, including: H-1B, L-1, E-1/E-2, O-1, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3, and PERM Labor Certification.
Manage family-based immigration cases, handling: IR1/CR1, F1-F4, K-1, K-3, and I-130 Petitions.
Handle talent-based immigration cases, which may include: O-1, P-1, P-2, P-3, EB-1A, and EB-2 National Interest Waivers (NIW).
Provide strategic counsel to clients on immigration pathways, case progression, and any recent changes in immigration policy.
Maintain open, clear communication with clients, guiding them through complex processes and ensuring client satisfaction and confidence.
Collaborate with a tech-savvy, forward-thinking team to drive successful client outcomes in a supportive, innovative work environment.

Required
A minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration law, with strong expertise in business, family, and talent-based immigration.
Licensed to practice law.
Extensive knowledge of U.S. immigration policies, particularly employment, family, and talent-based categories.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple cases in a high-paced environment.
Excellent legal research and writing skills, with a meticulous approach to detail.
Preferred
Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within an immigration law setting, including supervising immigration attorneys and paralegals.
Fluency in Turkish to better serve our diverse clientele.
Preference for attorneys licensed in New York or California.
