Responsibilities
Prepare and manage filings for non-immigrant and immigrant visas to the Department of Labor, USCIS, DOS, and CBP.
Draft advertisement text, prevailing wage requests, recruitment documents, and prepare PERM applications.
Compile and analyze immigration eligibility documents for various visa categories. I.E knowing what documents to request to show trace of funds.
Communicate effectively with clients and attorneys regarding immigration benefits and case processing timelines.
Track and report on visa expiration dates and filing deadlines, maintaining meticulous records.
Respond to inquiries as needed.
Provide backup support to other staff during absences.

Required
JD with strong academic credentials and licensed in one or more US States.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in immigration law.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF.
MUST have some E-2 experience.
