Responsibilities

Overseeing all technical aspects of the implementation process

Working closely with Implementation Coordinators and other groups

Gathering requirements, managing deliverables, technical setup, and testing

Being the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the implementation process

Managing client timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Analyzing test data to find root cause, trends, and gaps

Researching issues, testing theories, identifying impact, and proposing solutions

Working with development to gather requirements and test new features and enhancements

Required

Have at least 2 years of experience in technology (information exchange) and/or the healthcare environment

Have at least 2 years of experience managing complex implementations

Must have an in-depth understanding of the ANSI X12N format including: 837P, 837I, 835, 270/271, 276/277 and 278

Have experience gathering requirements: data, functional, business and technical

Have a thorough understanding of healthcare revenue cycle

Preferred

With API experience

If you have experience with Submitters, Vendors and/or Receivers/Payers

If you are extremely organized and detail oriented

Have the ability to take complex concepts and simplify them

Have strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
