Responsibilities
Gain a complete understanding of the Vehlo Standardized Training Modules.
Conduct training Remotely or via webcast for any group size.
Complete Weekly Pre-Launch Calls with Up Coming Installs
Build & Document Store’s Progression Weeks Before launch
Ensure a warm hand off with Customer Experience teams
Ensure all users understand responsibility for their role and best practices.
Immediately respond to remote training needs via phone, text, and webcast.
Present all training modules in a professional manner.

Required
3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Basic knowledge of Dealer DMS providers. (i.e. CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack)
Strong understanding of Dealership Fixed Operations
Basic Automotive DMS understanding
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently, and also within a team.
Excellent listening and communications skills.
Strong sense of ownership of the outcome of all assigned training tasks.
Ability to adapt and improve in an ever-changing environment.
Knowledge of computer and tablet platforms, functions, and terminology.
Strong organizational skills.
Driver’s License Required
Travel Availability up to 85%
