Responsibilities

Empower Customers: Train shop owners and their teams on how to effectively use AutoLeap

Manage Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers and own their implementation outcomes

Become an Expert: Develop a deep understanding of the automotive industry and become a trusted advisor to your customers

Provide On-Site Support: Offer in-person support and training to customers (ability to travel)

Provide Feedback: Champion your customers internally by sharing their feedback with our Product team

Collaborate: Work closely with your peers to continuously improve our processes and operations
