Responsibilities
Implement Khameleon according to the ECI’s standard methodology
Implement Khameleon considering aspects such as timeline, budget, scope and delivery
Provide expertise and consulting of Khameleon software modules to new and existing customers to continually improve their process and optimize their use of the package
Manage the delivery of complex, small to medium business/IT project initiatives
Lead ERP implementations of Khameleon and/or act as team member of ECI implementation team on the project
Analyze business processes of client and provide workable solutions for Khameleon to the business need
Identify and manage potential issues and escalations in coordination with the team lead or project manager
Understand and deliver upon the ECI implementation methodology, which includes the ability to:
Requirements gathering through existing process reviews
Systems design and fit-gap analysis
System configuration and setup
Engineer solutions based on complicated customer business requirements
New process design and definition
Training
Pre-implementation system testing
Concept validation and user acceptance testing
Data migration and data formatting requirements
Go-live implementation tasks and post go-live consulting
Consulting recap/activity reporting
Develop training documentation as needed
Mentor other implementation specialists
Perform other duties including but not limited to: User materials and presentations, team meetings, knowledge base updates, and methodology improvements
Manage administrative tasks including weekly time sheets, recap reports, and expense reports in a timely, complete, and accurate manner
Potential for travel; 5-10%

Required
Strong ERP product knowledge, ERP experience preferred
Understand common industry business practices in distribution, purchasing, operations, and finance
Understand ERP application concepts and software usage in the vertical
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective project and time management skills
Strong, clear, and well organized written and oral communications
Strong training or presentation skills targeted to effectively present information to all customer role levels
Excellent interpersonal skills including communication, active listening, and customer service
Relays concerns externally and internally with timely, fact-based, and constructive feedback
Able to work as a team player and/or individual contributor internally and externally
Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Take ownership, accountability and initiative
Process improvement experience
Bachelors or Master’s degree in business or accounting and/or IT related field
Alternately, an Associate’s degree and 3+ years relevant experience in the industry
Preferred
ERP experience preferred
Prior travel-related experience preferred
