Responsibilities

Lead a team of Implementation Coordinators/Consultants, identifying opportunities to improve the implementation process and contributing to the development of best practices

Conduct needs analysis and work with clients to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables to ensure a smooth implementation process

Provide training and support to clients to ensure successful adoption of the FASTER application

Configure the Faster application to meet client needs, including customizing workflows and reports

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects

Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to internal and external stakeholders

Provide ongoing support to clients, including resolving any issues or questions that arise

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process

Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and provide input on product development
