Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination of implementation of programs’ requirements outlined in the business requirement docs and contracts.

Support Implementation Project Managers with account creation, asset and documentation management related to new implementations.

Align with shared services teams on project assignments which include program structure design documentation to Accounts Receivable.

Gather and manage assets, product copy and size charts for program product transition inventory.

Enter web tickets for new, quick-turn around implementation projects and act as QA on completed tickets.

Run and format daily, weekly and quarterly standard reports regarding product sales for client review.

Assist Implementation Project Manager with preparing content for internal and external meetings on a regular basis.

Required

High School Diploma or GED required

1+ years of customer service experience

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; detail oriented

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel

Excellent time-management and organizational skills

Positive, professional attitude and pleasant personality in all situations

Discipline to work productively under minimal direct supervision

Courage to take initiative, share ideas and suggest improvements

Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions

Analytical thinking to comprehend and utilize business reports

Flexibility to work with a team and take on new responsibilities

Preferred

Associate’s degree preferred or combination of education and experience

Basic systems knowledge (Confluence, Smartsheet, JIRA) a plus
