Responsibilities
Coordinate the intake and distribution of customer cases and training requests
Validate contract/agreement details and update case information accordingly
Send out the new customer welcome information
Schedule training calls
Answer customers’ training & scheduling questions
Attend weekly team meetings and one on one’s to bring visibility to successes and roadblocks
Work across department boundaries to support smooth customer transition to/from Implementation
Assist with special projects when necessary
Actively participate in increasing your knowledge of the WorkWave suite of software solutions and our targeted industries

Required
Bachelor's degree or Associate’s degree, with equivalent experience
Strong customer service & conflict resolution skills
Build and strengthen partnerships with others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort in speaking customers directly over the phone
High attention to detail & organization
Self-starter and motivated to complete projects in a timely manner
Advanced organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments
Interest in growing a career within an Implementation team
Proficient with MS Office and G-Suite
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
