Responsibilities

Implement and deliver large capture automation workflow solutions to enterprise customers
Provide in-depth enterprise-level technical support to customers and partners, via email, web meeting and phone.
Answer both technical and non-technical questions for customers
Own the resolution of technical issues in complex customer deployments
Capture issues, report and track customer communication in Case Management System
Test the resolution code fixes and patches
Communicate common customer issues and collaborate with Software Development team members.
Create and maintain technical documents and knowledge base articles.

Required

Must have experience with any of the following Document Capture software: Kofax/Tungsten TotalAgility, OpenText Intelligent Capture, ImageTrust, InfoInput, IBM DataCap, ABBYY, RPA
Ability to install, configure and customize enterprise capture and automation solutions
Analytical, problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
.Net and JavaScript development skills; Java/J2EE development experience would be a plus.
Excellent knowledge Windows Server and Linux Operating Systems.
Java Web Application software knowledge, mostly Apache Tomcat (IIS and WebSphere would be a plus).
Application Server Clustering and NAS, SAN Storage for scalability and high availability.
Networking: TCP/IP, SSL, Proxy, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML SSO authentication.
MS SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres knowledge to write and execute SQL statements, perform maintenance tasks.
Troubleshooting capabilities of common browsers: Developer Tools, Console, HAR.
Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills including interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution
You must be dependable, reliable, and have attention to detail
We need you to be self-Directed and motivated
We want you to learn new business use cases and systems quickly

Preferred

Java/J2EE development experience would be a plus.
IIS and WebSphere would be a plus.
Experience with hyperscalers such as Azure, AWS, Google and corresponding AI Models a plus
