Responsibilities

Create and manage expressions within the healthcare software to manipulate data and automate workflows using an expression language-based programming approach.

Design and build workflows to streamline healthcare processes and enhance system efficiency.

Design, write, and optimize queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases using any query language (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, or other specialized query languages).

Utilize various tools and techniques to manipulate and analyze healthcare data, ensuring accuracy and integrity between different systems.

Diagnose and resolve workflow related issues, including connectivity problems, message failures, data inconsistencies, or security issues. This may involve debugging code, reviewing logs, and testing interfaces.

Assist in the implementation of healthcare software solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and are fully functional.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare implementation support, with a strong focus on expressions, flow building, SQL, and data manipulation.

Experience in ETL and scripting or writing complex expressions using tools like XPath, XQuery, JSONPath, jq.

Ability to work with structured data formats, such as JSON, XML, or X12 EDI standards. Strong skills in designing and building workflows.

Experience with database query languages (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, etc.).

Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, ICD-10).

Prior experience in JVM ecosystem using languages like Java and/or Scala.
