Responsibilities

Maintains day-to-day client relationship related to onboarding, support, adoption of products and services, and client satisfaction.

Drives adoption of contracted functionality to ensure client is maximizing their usage of and value from Origami.

For ongoing support, assigns deliverables and other tasks to individual team members.

Ensures ongoing service log requests are triaged, prioritized, addressed, and responded to in a timely manner.

Configures the Origami platform to meet client requirements.

Responsible for executing upon the action items identified in the Client Satisfaction Improvement Plan.

During implementation, identifies potential scope creep / out-of-scope work and escalates to Project Manager.

Assists with configuration of the Origami platform.

Supports account management team in preparing, presenting, and negotiating pricing and Statement of Work for contract renewals.

Identifies potential expanded sales opportunities and notifies / coordinates with account management team on pursuing.
