Responsibilities
Manage new direct to state and health plan implementations with multiple products, states, LOBs with timelines 6 -12 months independently
Ability to sometimes manage 3 or more concurrent new implementations
Ability to facilitate/oversee program changes for existing health plans when needed
Development and execution of detailed implementation work plans utilizing the appropriate project management tool and provides a single point of contact for internal staff, Health Plan client, and/or State entity
Identifies, creates, and maintains implementation resources, schedules, work plans and status reports for the execution of all new MCO and State accounts
Identifies the impact across all functional work teams that may negatively impact daily activities or the effectiveness of the implementation
Effectively conduct external and internal implementation meetings while developing professional client relationships for long term commitments
Works cross-functionally at all staff levels within the Company and within the MCO/State client’s operation by directing the Health Plan client implementation
Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure operational and technical feasibility to deliver all project on-time and within scope
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Responsible for the development and delivery of detailed work plans, comprehensive project documentation, including training, processes and workflows, and reports to MCO/State partners, Internal Avesis directors and staff
Ability to act as a mentor and provide support to the implementation teams to ensure tasks are completed effectively within required timeframe.
Ensure that any implementation change requests are assessed for impact to schedule and resources, and that they are approved by governance committee and implemented, if applicable
Responsible to perform quality audit of specific deliverables and system set up including MCO/State required reporting
Identifies, tracks, and manages all implementation RADIQ items (Risks, actions, decisions, issues, and questions) performing risks analysis and assist in development of risk contingency plans to resolve all RADIQ items.
Maintaining all onboarding training materials and schedules and implementation training materials on new applications, software, processes, etc.
Conducts implementation meetings consisting of Company and MCO/State personnel with the ability to understand and articulate appropriately.
Ability to solve problems, analyze processes/data and make decisions that affect the project regularly.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4 years relevant work experience
Minimum of 4 years Account/Project Management experience
Previous Healthcare experience
Previous experience implementing State/Managed Care, Medicare and Medicaid, Exchange, and/or Commercial Health Plans
Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient with Smartsheet or project management software
Strong relationship building skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple tasks within the project with changing priorities and deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels within a Company
Proven Leadership and Project Management skills
As this role is a remote role, you are required to maintain an internet service that allows you to complete your essential job duties without issue. Rates of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload while hardwired and not on a VPN are sufficient.
