Responsibilities
Lead and manage the implementation of new insurance products, programs, and systems, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet client requirements.
Serve as the main point of contact for Account Executives and TPA's during the implementation process. Build and maintain strong relationships with TPAs, addressing any concerns or questions and ensuring smooth communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Work closely with underwriting, actuarial, IT, operations, and compliance teams to ensure alignment of project goals and timely resolution of any issues that may arise.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and work to streamline implementation workflows, ensuring the efficient delivery of programs and services to clients.
Ensure all implementations comply with relevant regulatory standards and internal policies. Monitor risk factors and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues during implementation.
Prepare detailed project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews. Provide clients with progress updates and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders on new systems, products, or processes being implemented. Ensure smooth knowledge transfer post-implementation.
Address and resolve any roadblocks, delays, or client concerns during the implementation phase. Proactively identify and manage risks to ensure a successful project outcome.

Required
5+ years of experience in project management or implementation management, preferably in the insurance, reinsurance, TPA or MGU industry.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting processes, and operational workflows within the MGU, TPA or broader insurance industry.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
Strong analytical and process improvement mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing tasks and responsibilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and support.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field (preferred).
PMP, Six Sigma, or similar project management certifications are a plus.
