Responsibilities
Enacting as one central point of contact for the project, both internally and externally. Coordinate internal resources, client and third parties/vendors (as needed) for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Manage changes to the project’s scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Work with clients to define expected project outcomes and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor, track, and report progress. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Report and escalate to management as needed.
Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum’s values and ethical standards.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university AND 8 years of experience in Healthcare or Information Systems OR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of 12+ years of experience in Healthcare or Information Systems industry in lieu of the bachelor’s degree education requirement.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Health information and/or IT arena.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with clients.
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in healthcare and/or information technology sector.
Knowledge of Solventum HIS products.
Working knowledge of Health Information Management (HIM) and/or Health Information technology (HIT).
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Experience using collaboration tools to manage and communicate with remote teams.
Excellent verbal, written and analytical problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to other individuals and team.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Proven ability to maintain a positive attitude in a team environment.
