Implementation Solutions Analyst – International Treasury Onboarding

Responsibilities
Interact with clients as the single-point-of-contact for end-to-end client experience during product implementations
Perform multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction client onboardings and product & service implementations
Collaborate with clients and coverage team to develop and execute implementation plans
Own and drive identification, escalation, and resolution of risks and issues
Utilize problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Manage onboarding activities via phone, telepresence, and email
Liaise with local Compliance, Legal, and Product teams
Execute quantitative and qualitative analysis, draw conclusions, and present information effectively
Demonstrate strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively at various levels
Anticipate issues, engage stakeholders, and drive resolutions
Take ownership, manage through complex situations, and mobilize internal resources
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite proficiently

Required
At least 1 year of Client Management experience with a proven capability of applying project management methodology to develop an implementation plan and execute deliverables for complex, strategic change program
Ability to soundly execute quantitative and qualitative analysis, draw conclusions and present information in a concise and effective manner
Strong organizational skills both personally and across the working team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, time management, and attention to detail
Executive presence: able to manage stakeholder expectations at various levels and communicate effectively and clearly (written & verbal form)
Skilled at anticipating issues, engaging the appropriate stakeholders and driving resolutions/solutions
Ability to take ownership, manage through complex situations and mobilize internal resources in an ever-changing dynamic client facing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Cash Management and Treasury Services product experience and knowledge
BS / BA degree
