Responsibilities
Work hand in hand with the Creative, QA, Store Operations, and Project Management teams to implement and configure website designs into high quality websites powered on the Cart.com platform.
Ensure all implementation projects are delivered with the highest quality standards, on time, and with the intent to over deliver on customer expectations when possible.
Team-first attitude and willingness to help your co-workers by collaborating through every phase of onboarding a client from start to finish.
Some front-end theme editing capabilities using skills such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment to execute on implementation needs while meeting project deadlines.
Stay current with an understanding of ecommerce technology trends and emerging features/tools.
Represent the Cart.com’s core values at all times.

Required
Passionate about ecommerce with experience managing online stores and utilizing ecommerce platforms effectively.
Skilled in modifying store configurations, managing product catalogs and orders, and integrating with third-party services.
Capable of implementing designs and landing pages into store theme and building visually appealing email templates.
Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and ensuring clients' ecommerce sites run smoothly.
Proactive in identifying issues and finding innovative solutions to optimize ecommerce site performance.
Meticulous in managing product catalogs, configurations, and integrations to ensure accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, ensuring timely and high-quality work.
Comfortable navigating change and managing various aspects of ecommerce site management in a dynamic environment.
Collaborative, supportive, and respectful, contributing to the success of colleagues and the organization.
2+ years’ experience in back-end or front-end website management.
Preferred
Any level of educational degree, courses completed or certifications in technology or a field related to duties above.
Experience e-commerce technology, preferably complex storefront platform implementation or migrations.
Experience working across several teams.
Familiarity with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence)
Familiarity with project management software like Monday
Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with excellent English grammar as we primarily serve US based businesses.
The ability to keep abreast of e-commerce trends and advancements in technology.
No formal education or certifications are required for this role.
