Responsibilities

Conduct vendor and customer outreach to ensure smooth and timely implementation of ad products for dealer customers

Review and vet all product implementations to ensure requirements are met

Install tags on a dealer's site for reporting through Google Tag Manager

Set up custom reporting for Google Analytics

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve implementation or product issues

Provide outstanding service and support to customers, vendors, and internal teams

Document cases thoroughly and accurately in Salesforce CRM

Serve as a subject matter expert on ad products and implementation

Identify process improvements to enhance the implementation experience for customers

Build relationships with vendors and internal teams

Critical thinker, able to apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot client and technical issues

Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively and collaborate well in a team environment

Results-oriented - you demonstrate good judgment and can effectively prioritize your work to achieve desired results

Fast learner – you can pick up and learn new concepts quickly and easily

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, comfortable working with spreadsheets and formulas

Hands-on experience working in Salesforce CRM, and Tableau or other data visualization tools

Preferred

Tech-savvy with skills such as HTML, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, & SQL are a plus
