Responsibilities
Will setup site for Dealer onboarding (Franchise, Buy Here Pay Here, other)
Will run initial kick-off call, site walk through and training
Follow up trainings and meetings for continued onboarding and customer success
Auto/Dealership software experience
Presents well, speaks clearly can build relationships and respect early with customer
Will direct questions to support and may be looped into support as well

Required
Experience with SaaS software setup, delivery, and training
Experience with Dealer onboarding (Franchise, Buy Here Pay Here, other)
Experience with Auto/Dealership software
Ability to run initial kick-off calls, site walk-throughs, and training
Ability to conduct follow-up trainings and meetings for continued onboarding and customer success
Strong presentation skills and clear communication
Ability to build relationships and respect early with customers
Ability to direct questions to support and may be looped into support as well
