Responsibilities
Communicate with customers during onboarding, build, and post-launch phases of their website projects
Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously and serve as the main point of contact
Act as a liaison between the Launch Care team and other departments
Educate customers on website and digital marketing standards
Coordinate with internal teams to implement marketing strategies as per customer agreements

Required
Strong customer service skills and an interest in working directly with customers via telephone, email, and video conferencing
Strong communication skills, with a focus on business and professional writing
Strong time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to interpret a variety of information furnished in written and oral form
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations without standard solutions
Ability to work in conjunction with other internal departments to achieve goals
Must be comfortable keeping the client within specifications for the product
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
Basic knowledge of website trends and best practices
Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, digital and email marketing
Interest in Web Design, Web Development, and Project Management
Preferred
Domain/DNS knowledge
Basic knowledge of HTML and using a Content Management System (CMS)
Knowledge of SEO best practices
Basic project management skills
Working knowledge of website analytics
