Responsibilities

Lead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our cap table management platform.

Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets, tailored to each client's specific needs.

Proactively manage the implementation process end-to-end to achieve customers' target timelines and goals

Work closely with clients to understand their cap table structure, equity awards, and shareholder information to ensure accurate configuration of their cap table on our platform.

Partner with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, and Support to ensure seamless hand-offs

Conduct thorough product training sessions to ensure clients have a comprehensive understanding of our equity management product.

Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to improve and troubleshoot customer issues as well as provide feedback on product enhancements

Support in the development and documentation of processes and best practices
